If you are a commercial broker, we invite you to join the Spartanburg Commercial Real Estate Exchange. The only requirements for membership are that you hold a valid real estate license and that you are a member of a local or national Board of Realtors.

We also welcome representatives of real estate services companies, including appraisers, contractors and other associated professionals. Your company will be included in our online Real Estate Services Directory and you will have access to all the resources our site provides.

If you are a current CCIM Candidate or Designee, you may choose the Spartanburg Commercial Real Estate Exchange as your “free” CIE membership in addition to your affiliation to the CCIMNet National site. For all other subscribers, the membership is $24/month.
